New Filter Plant (Design, Manufacture, Install and Commision)
Flow: 300 – 320 [cu/h] = +/- 90 [l/s]
Time Frame: < 3 Weeks

We’ve received an order for this Project on the 6th of December 2021. Our deadline was to finish before the 25th of December 2021.

Project Time Line (Mechanical, Electrical and Civil):

Design: 06 – 07 December 2021
Procurement: 06 – 07 December 2021
Ex. Works Manufacturing: 08 – 13 December 2021
Delivery to Site: 13 – 14 December 2021
Site Installation: 14 – 21 December 2021
Commissioning and Testing: 22 – 23 December 2021
Training and Plant Hand Over: 24 December 2021

This was a hugely challenging project due to 1. Time Frame, 2. Procurement, 3. Availability and 4. December Holidays. The result was to hand over the New Filtration Plant to our client with much improved, no visible algae clean water delivered to the clean water sump.
